Fast Shipping

Shipping is after full payment for any kind of orders. A tracking number will be providing to buyers to check the status of their orders. For watches we have in stock, shipping will be in 2-3 business days prepare well and checking quality; then will send out. For custom watches or bulk order, shipping will arranged within 5 business days!

Return and Resend regulations

If have any accident causes or function problems as below, we will base policy detail to accept a return or resend new.

1. Outer broken i.e. glass broken, hands dropping, etc.

Resend watches case;

1. Fitting broken i.e. strap, bracelets, bands, etc.

Resend the accessory

(3) Function problems i.e. Speed slowing down, calendar unworkable, battery no working, etc.
Resend watches or return for repair.

(4) Watches stop or destroy by custom & government. Two resolving;

(a)Resend order, but buyers need pay shipping cost again.
(b)Resend order free again when buyers buy insurance for shipping.

Note: All above policy need base below detail information could be availability.

A: All problem products need in 7 days send watches photo to us confirm.

B: All resend products will send free in buyer¡¯s next new order.

C: Return watch will repair well, and send again with new order for free. If need send alone, buyer need pay shipping cost.

                   $51USD-$100USD      need pay $15USD-$20USD;

                   $101USD-$150USD    need pay $25USD-$30USD;

                   $151USD-$300USD    need pay $40USD-$60USD;

Pens; Boxes; Jewellery:

                   $10USD-$20USD       need pay $3USD-$5USD;

                   $21USD-$40USD       need pay $6USD-$10USD;

Insurance Policy:

¢Ù We offer insurance in our orders and you can choose whether you want it or not. If you would like to purchase the shipping insurance, we will guarantee the customs in our local and your country¡¯s, and the items will arrive at your hand safely, and the insurance fee is below information of the order.

      For Chinese movement and Watch box :
      (1)Watches value in 60USD, 8% X total account;
      (2)Watches between 60-100USD, 10% X total account;
      (3)Watches between 100-150USD, 15% X total account;
      For Swiss movement & Chinese movement( Value over 150USD) : 20% X total account;
      For Accessories (Jewellery and Pen) : 5% X total account
